Francis Aud is a Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter/bandleader who writes and performs funk and soul music that is almost as charming as he is.

A modern day entertainer whose main influences and inspirations range from the likes of the greats such as: Sam Cooke, Al Green and Marvin Gaye, and more contemporarily, Allen Stone and Paolo Nutini, Mr. Aud writes, singers and performs music that will make you dance, laugh, cry, feel things in your loins, and smile so hard your face will hurt all while managing to be his cheeky, passionate, and honest self on stage.

Having performed throughout the greater NYC area at notable venues such as Rockwood Music Hall (Stages 1, 2, & 3), DROM, The Bowery Electric (sold-out), The Knitting Factory, and alongside Sofar Sounds, Francis is a consummate performer who knows how to work and wow a crowd. 

He is currently set to release a single during Summer 2018, preparing to tour as a solo act in late 2018,  and compiling and working on new material which will appear on his first full-length LP due out in 2019.
